Reilly Kons

Director

Before transitioning to the great City of Providence, Reilly was one of the very first hires on the Entrepreneurship team at the Roux Institute at Northeastern University. There he worked in a community, program, and partnership capacity helping a portfolio of early-stage, high-tech startups find economic success in the Greater Portland, Maine area. Additionally, Reilly is a former startup founder himself founding SubLocal, a B2B SaaS startup that helped small business owners stabilize their month to month cash flow. This was achieved through the creation and marketing of monthly subscriptions around the small businesses products and services. SubLocal was a 2021 Maine Center for Entrepreneurs Top Gun Accelerator company.

When not building stuff, helping others build stuff, or building innovation communities, Reilly spends time rooting for Boston sports teams, exploring the local craft beer scene, and playing disc golf.

Beginning in September 2023, she will be pursuing her MBA as a part-time student at the University of Rhode Island. Caroline loves to travel and has visited over 20 countries, and in her free time at home she enjoys tending to her large collection of house plants and exploring the local food scene.

Eve Francazio

Content and Marketing Coordinator

Eve is a Rhode Island native who graduated from Saint Anselm College last May with a degree in psychology and studio art. With a passion for design, she pursued an internship on the design team at RDWGroup, a marketing agency situated right here in CIC Providence. She owes her interest in marketing and corporate design to her time spent in this role. It was also during this experience that she fell in love with CIC’s concept and mission, knowing instantly that she wanted to work for a company that shared those values. Additionally, Eve is a freelance artist and designer and has created commissioned projects for a wide variety of local businesses and personal clients.

Eve is currently completing a Continuing Education Certificate in Graphic Design at the Rhode Island School of Design. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling, and visiting new restaurants.
