In honor of Black Philanthropy Month join us for an open discussion on current and suggested future efforts in the black philanthropy, nonprofit and creative giving sectors. Juan Wilson, CEO and Founder of The MUSE Foundation, will lead this discussion with Melissa Husband, RI Deputy Secretary of State, Angela Bannerman-Ankoma, Vice President, Executive Director at Rhode Island Foundation, and Larry Warner, Chief Impact & Equity Officer at United Way of Rhode Island.
This live, in-person program will be part of our series, “The Future of…” from 4:00-6:00. Join us for this in-person networking event to meet and greet members of the African American Ambassadors Group (AAAG) and other colleagues beginning at 4:00pm. DJ Donnie Battle will perform live in the downstairs lounge from 4:00-5:00pm. The conversation will start at 5:00pm.
Enjoy this time to reconnect and for others to meet for the first time in person.
