Rhode Island’s manufacturing community has survived slowdowns and disruptions over the decades, after hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, 9/11 and other events. The current global supply chain crisis is testing the resilience of the sector in new ways, making it challenging to fulfill customer orders and increasing costs. Strengthening or rebuilding supply chains is now critical.
In this workshop, Supply chain experts from Polaris MEP, the state’s non-profit Manufacturing Extension Partnership, will offer best practices for mitigating this disruption and preparing for the next one.
