Bo is a dynamic and tech-savvy lawyer with a unique blend of legal, technical, and operational expertise. As the former Director of Legal Operations at Hasbro, he is known for establishing a human-centric approach to legal operations tempered with technical discipline around software, data and systems architecture. Bo has over 12 years’ experience practicing law in-house in entertainment, IP, tech licensing and data privacy. Bo’s business clients at Hasbro included many from design & development, particularly those building toys that connected to a digital mobile app.

Prior to law school, he gained distinction as a professional PlayStation game designer and web application developer (and for currently leveraging those systems-thinking skills in driving digital transformation). Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Bo has lived in the greater Providence area for the past 18 years. An experienced Microsoft Power Platform app builder, Bo is currently starting a business & legal consulting adventure to help companies leverage the technology they already have to automate and build legal process solutions. Bo also hosts a LinkedIn group to discuss fun uses of Notion in the legal innovation user community.
