My current role as the Co-Founder and CEO of eSports Ventures Inc./Ritual Motion came out of watching my kids play video games and realizing the need for better, healthier gear alternatives for competitive video gamers and streamers in the eSports world to prevent fatigue and injury. But in addition to creating better gaming gear, Ritual Motion is an innovative promotion hub for the gaming industry, with wellness-forward content as well as a brand-building community for passionate gamers to turn their primary pastime into their main moneymaker. We take our years of experience to aggregate, organize and connect eSports resources to deliver incremental value for our network of partners, brands and sponsors.

Previously, as Co-Founder of the digital strategy and marketing agency Shazamm, I worked with high-profile clients including ESPN, MLB, MGM Studios, Disney, Hasbro Interactive, Honda and Blue Cross Blue Shield. With the jewelry retailer Alex and Ani, I directed their Innovation Lab, engineering and implementing revolutionary digital marketing strategies while utilizing cutting-edge technology to underline the company’s socially and ecologically conscious mission. And as the Chief “Eureka” Office of Eureka LLC, I worked to broaden our client base and deepen current client involvement and brand growth. I worked hand-in-hand with clients to develop the most impactful digital strategies for their brands and attain the highest possible ROI for each.
