Darryl Lindie, the son of two Guyanese immigrants, grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He attended the Naval Academy and received a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture in 2014. Darryl spent six years on Active Duty as a Navy Supply Corps Officer and has experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, and leadership. Most recently, Darryl joined Bain & Co. in their Private Equity Group as a Summer Associate working on deals in the food & beverage space. Additionally, he worked with clients on issues related to strategic growth and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals.
He is currently an MBA/MPA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management/Harvard Kennedy School with a long-term goal of helping diversify the types of businesses that receive government contracts. He also serves as Sloan Senator and part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee. He himself is actively looking to acquire a small business.
