Jacob Carlson is the Co-Founder and CEO of EzHire Cannabis. EzHire is a talent engagement platform designed for the cannabis industry. Previous to EzHire, Jacob worked at HubSpot on the Channel Sales Team for 7 years as a Presidents Club performer on the Agency Partner team, helping dozens of partners scale their businesses. A true serial entrepreneur, having previously co-founded a corporate event service (Just Enjoy!) and social media automation tool (RapidCrowd), and he is primed for scaling his next venture with his team of technology veterans. Jacob is a proud first-generation Ethiopian, a lifelong golf fanatic, and has seen over 100 Phish concerts.

Suraj Sait and Morgan Prior currently intern at Marstone, Inc., a leading provider of digital investing solutions. During their internship, they chose to analyze trends in user behavior related to risk tolerance questionnaires using a variety of statistical tools. Using their analysis, they then explored classification of users by persona and built a predictive model for classifying users by risk level. In this presentation, Suraj and Morgan will highlight their key findings, as well as the data science concepts which underpin them.
