Juli Stelmaszyk serves as the Director of Food Strategy for the state of Rhode Island. Her role is split between three state agencies, RI Commerce Corporation, Dept. of Health and Dept. of Environmental Management. In her role, she champions the vision of the state’s first food strategy, Relish Rhody, working to accelerate the growth of a regional, equitable and sustainable food economy in Rhode Island.
Prior to this role, Juli worked in small scale agriculture, founded a farm-to-table cooking school in Rome and launched an award-winning sustainable food program at Boston College. She holds a MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management with a concentration in social impact.
