Karyssa Edward

Karyssa Edwards, Supervisor, Analytical Development at Celldex Therapeutics, a biotechnology company that produces immunotherapy drugs for multiple devastating diseases. For over 6 years, Karyssa played an integral role in developing, qualifying, and transferring numerous biochemical experiments to Quality Control (QC) and generating biophysical characterization data and reports for official FDA submissions. Karyssa received a BS from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.Additionally, Karyssa currently leads, and co-created the Celldex Employee Resource Group (ERG), with a mission to promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and biotechnology pipeline. Lastly, Karyssa is an avid squash player and enjoys spending time with her dog, Odin.
