Melissa is from Thousand Oaks, CA. After completing her Masters in Neuroscience at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland, she never anticipated returning to California but she is so glad she did because she met Victoria, a fellow beauty-product loving scientist with a complimentary skill set and a compatible vision and mission. Over the next year, Melissa will be based in Providence, RI for a postdoc at Brown while Victoria finishes her PhD. This way, Melissa will stay immersed in cutting edge research & tech, and will have the opportunity to explore the startup resources for Luxe on the east coast.
